Thanks for starting this thread, I'm a newbie to adwords. I just opened a new adwords account and started a campaign. I used a cpa offer from peerfly, just added the keywords list and directly linked to the offer page. But the ads are disapproved because they were not allow the sites, so what to do?
will adwords don't allow direct linking to the offer ?
Looking forward your suggestions,

Really bad practice. Google will disapprove campaigns like this when they're found. You're better off creating a landing page and mini site with value and linking to the offer naturally from there.

Absolutely correct. If we abide the Google Terms and Conditions, they will disapprove the ads and doing the same every to and fro will leads towards the account suspension.
Just follow the reasons of disapproval of ads and start running the ads again. Try it out and let me know if you still find issues. I am here to help you again.
 
How do you normally price managing a campaign for a client.... a percentage of the spend? Is there an industry standard?
 
I've tried adwords in the past to attract new web design clients without much luck. I've hired differen PPC experts to write copy, manage ads, etc. I found that the quality of the leads was pretty low. All of them said I had a great landing page...so I'm confused.

Have you worked in that space before? I do high-end custom wordpress sites that start at 2k...but the people I were getting were looking for $100 websites at MOST.
 
My clicks are worth 0.30 cents and my keyword research showed $1.60 per click. I've optimized pages for keyword targetting, but the ads are still a bunch of garbage. Is there any way to improve my CPC?

You're thinking of Adsense...

To answer your question, that keyword research you did only showed an estimate CPC, and not a 100% accurate number. It will often, if not always be less than that. Try target a keyword with a higher estimate, and you'll get more money.
 
1) How do you split-test ads? Do you create an ad for an adgroup...then split test 2 ads?

2) Do you use inserted dynamic keywords in your ad headline?
 
I need some answers ...I have quite a few PPC experts in my network and i am thinking of reselling the PPC service to my clients.

1. Will you show all the keywords to your client with biding amount too? Doesnt client get the data and put a campaign by himself?

2. What if you use only some percent of clients amount and tell him that his all amount is consumed? How can i be sure that my PPC expert is actually using all the allocated amount?

3. what is a typical PPC reports looks alike? Any examples will be highly appreciated.

Hey :)

Judging from your experience, is the adwords display planner that shows number of impressions and cookies on websites using adsense underestimated, overestimated, or accurate? I feel it's underestimated, what's your 2cents about this?

Hello,
I got a client and he wants to have an adwords campaign
But, when we set up the campaign the prices per click are just killing.
My client has a friend with an online shop in the same niche and his prices per click are like this - if my client has minimal price per click 2.25$ his friend has for the same keyword price of 0.06$ per click.
How is this possible and how can i have this kind of prices per click?

Can you help?
