I'm working with them almost 3 years now, my rate is $40 Pay Per Signup with NO REFUND..
but yesterday,,,. the manager told me that they will going to increase the rate with $45 PPS then i said sure thanks,,,

And now i received an email congratulating me that they increased $5 dollars,.. (wow so excited ) ... reading...reading.... and then ... "I have given you an extra $5 per join effective immediately! You are now receiving $40.00 per signup." -New Manager
( WTF!!! i thought it was $45?.. and they add additional bonus!! They put REFUND on my stats,, )
They reply weekly.. lol..

Well that's the new managers behavior,. I think he don't know anything in how to be good.

i think it's time to give up..

I couldn't agree more! We try to treat all our affiliates fairly. I think you might have gotten an automatic email from our system saying it was $40. If your rep said it was $45 - then that is what we will make sure you're getting.

I started with them back in 08 when I was a publisher. Loaded Cash was great when AJ was running things. New management took over and things have gone down hill. It took me 3 months to get approved for their PPL program. Turns our they diddnt want email traffic either.
