Im around 60 -77 seconds for delay. I run it for a few hours and then shut it off. Only doing that because the other day IG asked me to reset my PW. and i was still using the same delay setting.

Try not to run the not 24/7 and change the parameters slightly.

Are you talking about a 60 seconds delay for liking each photos and you still got suspended?

Got temporarily blocked from commenting again today..... I was using a 120 sec delay!!! Guess I'll have to follow pobloelbest's advice and act human.

I've been running it at 45 sec with no problem so far, I was told I could go as low as 35, but I don't wanna risk it. It's a brand new account, the other 6 or so got banned within 1-2 days. Also, if I were to start a shoutout page, does anyone have any recommended tags to like? The popular ones bring me nothing and tags for likes sucks.

Yes. I was liking and following at the same time. Now I'm up to about 90 second delay.. giving this a shot.

I've found that commenting is a quick way to get you banned regardless of the time delay. I was on a 360 delay with commenting and still got banned, because the comments recycled themselves. Easy to spot as spam.

Exactly, people should really research in BHW instead of only making an account to ask one question.
People I'm pretty sure I've made it clear that you need a real looking account.

A crappy blank display pic with no photos will get your account banned fast

thats not true. I could show you 10 accounts that have just 1 pic - the profile and nothing else. they click the link in bio and even follow ???

As someone stated, you need to act like a human. You can't bot IG anymore like a robot.
I used to have Xgram, well in fact i used to have LOTS of IG bots and they all went down.

me testing that.. i am 70% sure thats 1333 likes/day. no matter if 2 hours or 24...

over do it.. you get the PW reset crap..

My setting is 45-60 sec and no ban yet.
