As we all know indianbill and his guys are carving for us now for a long time with their IM products and now there comes codemongoose with skilled coders in pool for us to select based on the platform we work.Real good service for reasonable prices.I have asked for a mini bot and got exactly what i needed.Support is top notch they are mostly available in skype all day so no issues.Get a creative idea for what you are looking and select coders based on your needs they will surely help you to get the end product.Thanks for the free review and codemongoose BST

If I would have had other programming needs I would hire these guys for sure, I know the quality I will get and all the support which is superb. This is way better than hiring freelancers that you've never met or talked to, this is a professional team which gets the work done and it's now launched here on BHW.

Just wanted to leave a few words. No, I HAVEN'T ordered IB's service, but the customer service is looking pretty darn good so far. He responded super quick. He even let me know how much would it take (hours) to complete the project.

IB, as discussed, I will most likely order a small project to test the water. We'll be in touch soon.

My Review of Full time Programmer Service:

I was given a review copy of the programming service from IndianBill. I decided to request quite a complex program to be built, I also had specific requirement that it be built in CakePHP which is a very robust PHP framework - and in my opinion its quite specialist, not everyone who can code PHP can code in Cake.

The project was handled very efficiently - in fact I am astounded by the level of quality and communication provided by IndianBills developers, I felt that if this had been a big client project I would have been totally at ease leaving the entire thing in their hands - All I had to do was give them the full brief of what I required, and that was it, I just waited until they messaged me to say it was done.

As for the code itself, I check it and its very high quality (Actually we already build projects in CakePHP, I just wanted to use that language so we could make a good assessment of the quality).

In summary this looks like a fantastic service for both blackhat projects, and for outsourcing complex offline projects at a very reasonable cost.

Just posting to say that I had a bad experience with this service. As part of review copy, I added OP on skype, but his support was not at all appreciable. We had chat on how I wanted my application, but OP never got back to me. I asked him again but he did not care to reply. I'm unhappy the way I was handled and my 10 days were wasted.
Just my experience, wish you best of luck in all your future endeavors.

You can't comment on the service and call it bad when it has not been even rendered to you or used by you. I have not given you ANY programming service JUST TO MAKE IT CLEAR to everyone.

One more thing, some members are asking me for quotes about specific small tasks/projects.

I would like to clarify a bit about how this service works. This service is not an agency. CodeMongoose is a platform where programmers in our various offices are available for hire on a monthly payroll. They are not looking for 1 off projects or small tasks. Or if you want to hire them for small tasks then hire them for a month and then give them multiple tasks, you are anyways paying for programming hours, its upon you. But we are not working on the agency model right now,where you give a scope and asked for a quote.

As of now,we want to cater to the clients who want a dedicated programmer only. CodeMongoose is not an outsourcing ageny, we are more of a platform which micromanages your programmers for you, so you can have guaranteed delivery and better and finer control which you can't experience in other outsourcing platforms like odesk or elance.

For smaller projects/tasks I would recommend you to use hire a freelancer section of BHW.
