I thought I would share a method about how I get free content written by others. It works in my niche and it might work in yours too. You can take what I do an put your own spin on it.

I look for guest post writers on Facebook.

1) Sign up to as many groups in your niche as possible. The more the better. Do a facebook search for your keywords, associated keywords and anything that might be connected to your niche.

2) Filter the search to include only "groups".

3) Right click on all the results that interest you and open in new tab. Click on the name of the group not "join group".

4) Join all those groups. I joined 100 groups in less than 1 hour and FB didn't stop me.

5) When accepted go to the group, introduce yourself, make some rubbish about how you want to be a part of the community, share ideas, etc. Also write that you're looking for people to share their ideas/experiences/thoughts, etc on your blog post. Make sure that what your post doesn't contain a link to your website otherwise it might get flagged for spam, too many of these will get your account flagged up. Ask people to PM you if they are interested. Check your inbox and the "other" folder for replies.

6) Make small talk and ask them to write something.

Out of the 100 groups I joined, I got about 50 leads for people who wanted to share something.

It's not instant, but it's very little work to get people to write for you, and there's fresh content on my site while I'm writing the keyword researched posts that I want to rank. Give them some rules, at least 500 words, original unique content, few pictures, etc. You might need to give some of them a backlink to their blog, but I figured that doesn't matter because it's probably a link to an on-topic website/blog, but you can always make it nofollow if you're worried about that!

Plus, after you've published the content, you ask them to share it, tell their friends, etc. I even get a few natural backlinks this way from other blogs where people write on their own blog that they are so excited to have been asked to write a guest blog, getting more visitors and even a backlink or two that is very natural in Google's eyes. Then go back to the group (if you remember which one) and share the guest post. This gets a few visitors, share & likes, etc. and also gets others interested in doing the same!

I thought it might be helpful to some of you! It works for me and it might work for you too!

This is a great tutorial. I have never heard of anything like this before.

The same might work for Linkedin, twitter, etc. I haven't tried it. I might give it a go later this week, but Facebook seems to provide enough leads for me at the moment!

Be ready for every guest blog niche fanpage to start being spammed now.

You can't let that stop you from trying new/unheard of things. There are always stupid people who do things extremely wrong, whine it doesn't work and continue the cycle. Yes they fuck it up and make it hard to do things, but if we're better than them, we can easily come up with better ways to grab people.

Thanks man for the nice share and idea showing us how to get others to work for our goals for free.

but it only work for some niche, where we have intelligent experts,

Hahahahahaha

True indeed. I can see someone as dense as Patrick Star writing a detailed 800 word article on finances. Everybody thinks they're smart, 1% actually are.

No, you're thinking about it in the wrong way! Say for example you had a finance niche, you can ask people to write their personal experiences with bankruptcy, debts or something like that! They don't need to be experts and as I said this is just to get some free content to fill out the content that you really want to rank for, i.e. your "intelligent experts" posts.

interesting methods because you can find content on about almost any subject

Sounds like something that I might try out one of these days, thanks for sharing.

Awesome thinking outside the box

This is a personal way to obtain "filler" info for your articles, comes off as first-hand experience that engages readers.
You could just as easily talk to some friends/family, or random people in a survey/poll about their story with -enter niche here-. As long as it's posted nowhere at all, you just received 100s of words for unique content. Just be social.

Yes, Thanks for sharing this method.
I didn't know joining 100 groups in an hour is safe.
I'll give it a try.
