Check out Star Rating For Review. Free plugin. Some problems depending on version of WordPress or theme, but worth testing. Hey, it's free!

WP Review looks great, does anyone know if they let you "upgrade" to the unlimited version after you have bought the single version? I want to play around with it first.. especially as I'm Aussie and the price is almost double for me.
