I think its because they are ready to give up to let the big boys keep doing what they do and that is to stay silent, watch and keep making money while knowing that to keep making money you have to always adjust and there is really nothing that stays on autopilot all the time, everything must be adjusted!

Everyone knows what the OP meant to say.. why attack him for it? Clearly he knows IG isn't DEAD, but with the new limits, a lot of these black hat marketers are dying... Lets stop attacking people. Just answer one or both of these questions:
1) Is there a new black hat marketing technique on IG that works well? or..

Well it's not what it used too that's for sure. It's not as easy as it was. The accounts can get ghosted pretty easily, when it's not banned.
It's not dead, nothing dies anyways but you need to ask yourself, could i make more working on something else ?

Far from dead, just need to use different methods. Instead of liking 50K pics a day with one account just do the same but with multiple. Even selling followers and likes for instagram is still going SUPER strong. Im still getting a steady $200 + a day just from reselling followers. Update your bots when instagram updates, make REAL LOOKING accounts and you can bank easily with instagram. By far my favorite social media network

How about we build our OWN social network. Grown this & make it cool. BHW owns it, Do follows, porn etc, never change algo's, everyone puts in a little work. What do you say?

It's far from dead, you just need to be creative and think outside the box. You could try Vine, as it's probably one of the fastest growing social networks at the moment. Keep going with Instagram and try posting viral photo's related to your niche.

For me it was easy, Now you have to invest money in proxies and custom bots. I think before it the bots were accessed by the public and anyone could like photos etc. The real players are investing big amounts of money to get the same traffic as they were before. Thats what the are forgetting to tell you. So i would agree with you on its DEAD.... But for the big players with money. It is very much alive.
