Is he running his bot around the clock? I had heard something about a 1k limit per day, so I have been going up to 980 a day but it's killing me. This new algorithm has left me scratching my head bc like I mentioned to you before, I ran 41-43 and eventually got a 24 hour ban after 3 days and I was only running it like 12 hours a day.

Yep he's been running it non stop for the last 5-6 days, and no problem.
As I pointed last time, I don't think there's a daily limit, but a limit (around 1700likes) that you can't exceed in a certain amount of time (around 19hours). Other than that, nothing to worry about.
I still dont know why you got banned for the 41-43, as I asked you maybe it's because you've been running it on multiple clients (we're only using Statigram) or a Proxy pb, or a matter of how old is the account (some people been saying that it does matter) or something that we're missing.
But definitely try 40-42 no limit with Statigram only and it should be ok and run non stop!

It may be slow but seriously im gonna say right now go with 38-60 seconds and you wont feel the burn of the ban again.
Just try turning it off the bot sometimes, don't run it all day/night. The point is to look human and post pictures,at least once a day cause if you think about it, real people post several photos a day(2013 self indulgance) but the page has like 2 pics off some girls you found on google.

Seriously trust me when i say bots need to be updated alomost monthly and your ripped version of whatever will be useless in 2 weeks.
Ok this is my settings with Instaget Pro, running for the past 10-14 days with no banning.
I ran it with 3 clients.
Liking:
140 likes per hour
12-15 seconds delay
Commenting:
30 per hour
90 seconds delay
Have tried higher amount per hour or faster delay so hopefully this helps.
p/s: I'm running 2 instances of Instaget on my laptop, one for comments and one for likes. I chose different clients for each instances.
I ran it with 3 clients.

Try setting the delay higher like 45-60 just because your clients will get mad at you for having their accounts banned for 24hrs
After getting multiple 24-hour bans the previous 2 weeks trying various settings, I think I've narrowed down the new IG limits to be somewhere in this ballpark:
200-240 likes per hour (works out to be 15-18 delays)
1200 total likes per day
I've been running the above config all week without ban using a single client on NinjaGram. The only wildcard/variable as I see it is the age of my account (over a year old).

That's about what I've found. I can squeeze in another 250-300 likes per day (total of 1500) if you spread out your batches.
Been running my bots like-batches at peak times in my geography targets, per client.

Guys i can confirm that, after using this delay for 4 days without turning it off and didnt get ban.
just use 22-24 sec delay max limit per hour 150 likes. But dont use any manual like while using the bot otherwise u will get banned after around 10 manual likes.
I have tested it and its confirmed now.
I hate the new delay its so slow but that is the new limit. nothing can be done just follow the rules

It really depends on your behaviors and how old your account is. I know that my safe zone is 35-60 seconds delay per photo. Also depends on what bot your using
Do you have screen shots of your Instaget settings? And no ban? Still trying to find the best settings! Cheers!
