Hey guys, im looking for some help with Bulk email marketing,

Mainly 2 questions, if anyone test it out.

1.Is it a good idea to build a Double Opt-in List from Bulk emailing over 100k emails/week get them to subscribe and confirm so you have a list o prospects who to market on long term, or direct sending the followup to unconfirmed emails (scraped)

2.What email address to use when you sending emails to "Jon Doe", Lets put it this way, i have scraped over 50000 targeted emails in a niche, now id like to send them an email offering something great but make them optin in on my squeeze, what email address would you guys suggest? @nichedomain.com or if its possible a gmail address to act as a normal user who shows some interest in other persons problems.


Id appreciate any answer on this one.

Double opt-in would definitely be the best way to go in this case - less spam complaints in the long run.
Also, mailing from the niche domain would appear to be a bit more prestigious than from gmail address.

Just like Constant Contact or MailChimp, delivery rates depend very much on the message you are sending. From a technology standpoint, we have the infrastructure to deliver normal email messages, newsletters, promotions, etc. to the inbox. We have over 200 IP addresses, 1,000 sending domains, etc. Just like any other provider, if your email has poor subject lines and content, it may go to spam folders. Give us a try!

BigMammoth, the results that you did or didn't achieve from email marketing are a function of your message, value/call to action, and audience. We are simply a company that can deliver a large quantity of emails to the intended recipients. The return, income, results, etc are not a function of email marketing as a marketing endeavor....

I wasn't directing that at you. Out of an unclean 100k list, I'd really like to see you get 5 double optins.

Regardless, if OP want's to do it properly & have any form of success, it's costly and time consuming. Scraping, cleaning and verifying scraped emails while rotating IP addresses, managing bounces and monitoring IP reputation is not an easy task for most. His plan is to spam people from no niche to try and make a niche double optin list? By no means is that simple, and as I said, there's easier methods of making greater amounts of cash.

I never liked bulk email marketing. Ive had much more success with smaller targeted lists/leads.

Im talking 1000 emails usually generates me $100

Ans : Yes ! its a good idea if you have enough time to do that, In Email marketing we have 3 kind of mailers :

a. Promotional Mailers : who just want to promote a new company , website , donation , information about their status, SEO , entertainment , music, movie and exhibition etc..

b. Social mailers (Social Media Marketing Mailing) : who need social awareness , page likes , registered users, forums and news latter subscribers etc..

c. Sales Mailers (Aggressive Mailing): Who need selling product (E commerce) , Services , Multilevel Marketers, sex , lottery and scam etc..

for above A and B class, we need an opt-in mailing to create a long term relationship with members, here we also need a high inbox rate. For C Class mailers they don't really care if their mails are going in to spam or inbox because normally we check our spam box along with inbox to not to miss any important mails by mistake and here they have a chance(
it does not mean that they don't try for in-boxing but they can't).

Ans : you can use your gmail id but , its a good practice to have your @nichedomain.com , which keeps your branding, increase the reliability, better delivery of mails and website promotion with SEO.

As per your needs I can see that you are much familiar with the emailing marketing field. Also as a business point of view a best software will increase your customers and will receive more reviews of the emails that will be send. However as per my experience in this situation I have tried many companies before for emailing marketing. At last I have revealed that always a better delivery rate and click rates proves that the campaign was successful with the attempt of sending emails. Although madmimi, mailkitchen, mailchimp and Aweber has a good name in the market from years. But now many people have seen differences from last few years. Things are changing as the users are increasing day by day. There are some points now that you won't find in many softwares but they are compulsory for a reason.


1) Best delivery rates: It can only happen if the SMTP is provided is totally dedicated ( not assigned to multiple users as mostly companies doesn't provide)


2) Best click rates: You can only get the click rates if the emails where delivered not caught by the spam cops or the SMTP was assigned to multiple users so it drops the emails but never shows on the software. Click rate may also depend on the "contact list" that your using, it should be clear enough to go through ( most people use list cleaning service for this purpose )


3) Original reports (in realtime) : If you have the accurate reports of your campaign running that will be the best part to know which of the recipient in your email contact list is interested in your product/item or offer. Know about the interested email addresses in your contact list ( about each and every one of them )


After a small introduction of the way that a software should be I can explain in simple words. Real SMTPs "Dedicated" clean IPs "Those how are not listed in Blacklist" and Real reporting software will make to day for you.


I have personally experienced these all points and came to an end of using " Imailunlimited " for running campaign and sending emails.
