How do I fix, and what caused this? Is the site down? I can't PM you because I don't have enough posts on here, but what is the best method to get this resolved?

Your typing in the wrong user name and getting blocked.

A user with IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx has been locked out from the signing in or using the password recovery form for the following reason: Used an invalid username 'spinphd480' to try to sign in.

Anything else?

Can Hrefer can use both HTTP + SOCKS at same time?
Do I only want Anon? (I have heard people say yes & no)

Yes, We have a bunch in those country's. These are all public proxies though and the amounts available will vary during the day. We are always updating our proxylist so there's always new proxies being added to help keep things fresh.
