Keyword3: NA - > NA = Nothing Change

Keyword5: 103 - > Now 119 = Drop 16
Keyword6: 89 - > Now 180 = Drop 91

I did contact seller via Skype 2 days ago, but not yet respond me for a solution. Looks like seller only respond when the SERP rank increase. Please contact me via skype for a solution. Thanks

This is definitely a Penguin slap. I suspect you have some keywords with very high density. You should try to dilute your keywords as much as possible.
