I received my invitation to more than 280 boards a few days ago. All I can say is that the boards are high quality with decent amount of followers.

The e-books are definitely worth reading as there are lots of helpful tips for your Pinterest marketing career.

Any tools to accept these invites automatically? Cos i just started accepting them and after about 10 i want to put a whole in my laptop screen. I also noticed that the few that i did join had warnings about spam and i noticed that none of them have any kind of marketing creatives. So im wondering if its even worth me bothering with this if i cant rape the boards with creatives and get some serious traffic.

Well i don't have any tools to accept invites, but yea you can make one using Ubot or Zenno
You won't be able to rape these boards if you are gonna go with Creatives, your account will be suspended when you will be still in Unclothing part ;)
Cuz pinterest gave powers to users, i think 5+ pinners report your content and you are out of game, best chance is to stay with board category...
