Godaddy Spam Complaint (Urgent Suggestion Required)

One option would be to register
godaddywillnotreleasemydomain.com
on godaddy, because they will obviously get you on an infringement lol,
BUT then go and register this domain
theworldsbiggestdomainregistrarwillnotreleasemydomain.com
(on another register, obviously :) )
then put content on it stating your case,
and - whilst you MUST NOT BE DEFAMATORY IN THE CONTENT -
simply show them the site and that you have many BH friends who are willling to SEO it to f*ck,
unless they release it and stop being such douches bags.

They will threaten to sue you etc... BUT the key here is that they will loose more than $50 business / reputation
by waiting, and therefor ethey will gladly settle before your site goes live...
there... problem solved :)

Take them on, David and Goliath style, because the irony is.... you WILL WIN the argument :)

Good Luck

let them release my domain first then i will do all -negative things right now am worried about my domain and i have the only domain from where am getting little money. :(

If you can't afford the release fee it's probably not worth it. Sometimes you fall down to then shoot right back up. ;)

If you have been acting within the law,
then stay within the law,
in other words, if you get a resolution, then focus your energy
on your own work, rather than trying to neg seo,
you will get more satisfaction that way, once you get your domain back :)

You agreed to the TOS and then violated them.

Pay up, as you agreed to, then move the site.

Just a simple question as I am doing the same and I have all of my domains at GoDaddy.
Do you host your website at GoDaddy too, or like me you are using GoDaddy only for the domain service???
I am blasting emails everyday, my domain is registered with GoDaddy but the website itself is not hosted there, I have e VPS on a different company. (Even that this Company is USA based too :S)

This is true and there you could follow the method below and for a few bucks more than the $50, be making some cash for payout next month.

Traffic $45
Namecheap $11
Hosting , I assume you already have
Chitika acct free

So for less than $60, you could be back in business and making legit cash

Amazing thing happens. i do not understand what actually is going on .....My domain which got SPAM COMPLAIN From Godaddy.com was actually registered on Luckyregister.com but still i got email about spam complain from godaddy (dont know why) and its transfer status was locked on luckyregister due to i got it from my cousin 56 days before and on 28th of this month that clienttransferprohibited status was about to remove. few days back i got its EPP code in case of transfer.today i transfer my domain to namecheap successfully without the godaddy inter fairness i didnt pay the $50 dollar adminstration fee for releasing my domain from godaddy and closing of spam complain, i just paid the domain transfer fee to namecheap. when everything is done without godaddy involvement thenWhat was that spam complain ? why they were asking fee whats all that crap was ?

Did you email godaddy to see if the email was legit?

I ask as I remember last year I got one but it was from a third party who was just trying to scam domainers.

Yeah, I also received a fake spam notice sometime ago. The fuck&rs must've got it from the WhoIs register.

Option number 3: Make up some fake evidence that the person opted in, and don't pay them a cent. You shouldn't have to pay them anything, I would just try to quit any of the mailing practices that you were doing...

If I were you, I would call support. Hosting and domain companies are desperate to retain their customers.

It is confirmed that email was just a scam but they made it very originally even we cannot guess its fake or original. in short my site is safe but i moved it to another registrar . thank you guys for the support.

would it be cheaper just transfer to a new domain?

pay there conning $50 and then chargeback the $50 / transfer and argue with them.

they got a cheek to charge $75 for spam and $50 if you want to leave fucking cheek.

can you quickly set up a free DNS so the traffic that goto your www. bounce to your IP address where the pages are sitting, so if they cut you off at least you still get temporary traffic. (( might work))

only real option borrow $50 and pay them back payday (( Do the charge back then argue your case ))

or.

take this as a serious learning point in marketing and tell them keep the domain and shut account down , but remember if you got a card on file must remove or update it to a pre empty one, block all card transaction from godaddy with card .
