100 visitors a day is not much at all.
accounts don't matter, followers matter.
gather at least 5k followers before you start blasting them.

It depends are you going to pin to group boards or to your own boards.I use to pin to group boards with 4 accs and get like 200 visitors/hour.Also niche is important and other things.

You can easily get that from one account, just you have to regularly post and have some patience, in start there will be not much, but as you will regularly pin and contribute to group boards, follow people in your niche, then you will start getting some regular traffic...
It just takes time to build a authority Pinterest profile, Like i have one which is mostly food niche, In start i hardly got any visitor, now when i post some dozen pins i easily get 1k+ UV's overnight, and my average is almost 700+ UV's/day this month..
You just have to stick to it, and try to find trending pins in your niche, just go to category pages or search your specific niche in pinterest, One quality pin can be game changer, believe me this happens in pinterest...
One of my pin has almost got 1 Million + repins in 1 year..
You just have to find that gem, they are rare but not impossible to find!

Do you have problems using Pinblaster now?I get the following error all the time:Error returned by Pinterest.

I will also try to go with bulk accounts. So 1 authority account and 10-50 small.

So what is the safest and best option for pinning and verifiying domains for other 9 accounts?

3. 9 Subdomains with redirect.
4. Buy 9 domains at godaddy for 2$?

i'm pretty sure that re-directs still get blocked quickly.
avoid redirecting at all costs.
the pinterest bot has gotten a lot smarter.
same domain should be fine, as long as you are not going overboard.
set a pin delay of at least a few minutes.

I use one account.....The key is to do 1000 repins with one blogger blog you are fine...Then make a new a new blog and repeat...But I have maybe 2 blogs that redirect to the same offer...The other blogs are different niches.You can go back to your old blogs and reuse them and repin aup to 1000 pins then switch to your other niche blog and post another 1000 pins no prob.Just make sure you change url of repins after a 1000.I have 8 I switch between and I have only 4 boards.

how do you place a cookie with an iframe on tumblr?

HTML redirects work fine with Pinterest. Its redirects from the cpanel that they can detect.

Something has changed with Pinterest in the last two days.I can only scrape 25 pins and thats it.I can get around it with Ninja Pinner but they did change something.

From your own boards or group boards? bcoz i just scraped 100 from both without any problem.

I find the problem is fixed if I scroll myself instead of letting the bot pin for me.
