Stuck (Tumblr and Wordpress) - Advice Needed

I posted a few weeks ago that I started gathering followers on a NSFW Tumblr. I have a Wordpress site and domain that I spent three days on and got nowhere with it. I can't seem to get the site designed the right way. My lack of knowledge in web design and development is holding me up on that end. Meanwhile, because I was trying to focus on getting the site up, I've been gaining followers a lot slower now. We are up to 645 followers and our top post has reached over 2,000 notes. I only have Plugrush at the moment that runs a pop-under on our main page. The most I've made was .08. Since I've started we've made a whopping .38. I'm trying my hardest to increase our views, but it isn't happening.

I have applied for juicyads, pimproll, and even crakrev and I have been accepted to all three. When I gave up on the Wordpress site..at least until I can teach myself more about it, I tried setting up a tube site through pimproll. I can't figure out for the life of me how the hell to change the DNS to point to the address pimproll gave me. Perhaps my host won't allow it because I cannot edit them whatsoever.

So here I am, scrounging the site again trying to see if there is any details I've missed. I've downloaded a few Lynda tuts on web dev and Wordpress, but honestly, they don't work too well for what I am trying to do. I'm half tempted to pay someone to build the site for me, but that is going to set me back a lot of money.

I know one thing is for sure..I'm not giving up. I know I can do this. Maybe I need some words of encouragement = /

there are so many free themes for wordpress, I am sure you can find one that will fit your project.

Regarding the DNS, I am not sure but I guess if the domain came with the hosting package you bought, you are not allowed to change the DNS.

I bought domain from one company and hosting from another one and I can simply change the DNS when I want.

Wordpress as the largest open source project, has many theme (free and premuim or nulled). The download section of BHW has many choices for you, I think you can find one to fit your purpose.

And DNS, I don;t know where you get your domain. Normally, you can set NS records at the backend of domain register.

It is really not a problem, you just need more practise.

I was the same way with wordpress you'll learn more form trial and error than watching videos and reading but by all means I learn't I had to read and watch vid's about wordpress to get anywhere.. They might be boring but when ever you have time learn as much as you can about wordpress, I'm still learning new things all the time. For tumblr there is a few free queue bots, follow bots floating around here to save you some time. The DNS problem your having only advice I can give is contact support..

Before you waste time contacting your domain server
google
how do i change dns with (domain company name)
its only 30 seconds to change it

Many guys on fiverr will set up your site for you
you may need a theme that you like as it is unlikely they wil have he one you want

I've done that. Followed the instructions but it still is not letting me change them.

I'm going to check out fiverr. The biggest problem I'm having with, as I've said above, is the theme. My site requires a specific way and out of all of the premium and free themes, I haven't found one that works. I've tried adjusting them myself to what I am looking for, but it isn't working too well because of my lack of knowledge.
