Hello, Now a days I am sending invoice to my clients to receive payments, Where i prefer to put refundable policies in terms and condition section as i m giving out services.

My Question is- if we set policies in terms & condition section of Paypal invoice and client filled dispute thereafter then I will have chances to win it?

As i m not using any fake paypal. i m using my real one and i dont want someone to dispute me without any reasons (scammers are all around the globe)

Please advice.

If you have a website or somesort, ask them to pay via there. You can add on your website the terms and conditions if not theres definitely no way that you can fit a terms and condition on the paypal invoice.

Yes I do have website. ok I will set terms and condition over there since i didnt set paypal checkout but i think i have to set paypal checkout over there.

Do as AquaticGamer said. A clear T & C, shipping and refund policy not only helps you get saved in case of a dispute, but also helps the customer to understand your service / product better , so they don't go for the refund option in the first place.
