OP, I have suffered depression for the last 10 years.
Because of this, when I hear whiny m@therf@ckers like you I get the urge to take a sledgehammer to your nuts.
If you really had depression then you would not be on an internet forum, trust me.
What you are suffering from is ... failure. Every great success has normally been preceded with many many failures.
What you need to do now is focus.
For the immediate future you need to forget about the education business, forget about internet marketing and get off your arse.
Your websites are not worth any real money so just sell them immediately for whatever you can get.
Now you can also sell your computer.
You then need to contact your landlord and inform them that you have problems and you are doing your best to rectify them. Sometimes, if people are notified in advance then they tend to be a little more understanding and helpful than being told on the rent due date.
The next step is you need a job. Now you might come back and tell me there are no jobs in your location but I would consider that to be bullshit. There are always jobs out there but we tend to overlook the ones we consider beneath us.
Take whatever job you can find and then work your nuts off. You can then take pride in yourself for doing what is necessary to improve your current position in life. In time you will see your problems ease up and you will be able to breathe a little easier and THEN you can start looking at other ventures.
So stop whining and get to work.
Good Luck.
