When i look at the metrics for those sites they could be real PR8 but when i go and see them they dont look like PR8..I would expect something more from PR8 then a regular blog

This. There is nothing new about this, happens all the time, and there's only 1 thing you need to do and wait. Most of these sites get sold on Flippa to some unsuspecting noob.
