High quality posts count for very little compared to traffic and earnings. On the information you've given I would take the money and run - unless there's anything special about the site it isn't worth more. However I would check whether there's anything you're overlooking. For example if the site is starting to rank for some really good keywords then the buyer may be bidding based on that.

However, I would add that no-one can give you any kind of accurate estimate based on the information you've given. There are far too many factors which you haven't provided, which go a long way towards defining the value.

etc... so can pinpoint the exact price how much you would sell.
