Could be just my luck however I'm really disappointed with this service.
Ordered 200 PR 1-8 bookmarks with express delivery in up to 72 hours (normally 24 according to OP). I contacted OP on the 3rd day and was told report is on the way in a few hours. No report till the next day. Contacted him again. Another promise that report is coming in a few hours. Then 2 more empty promises until my TAT hit around 7 days and I was supposed to deliver the report to a customer of mine.
Apart from that I only received about 80 bookmarks with any PR at all, out of the 200 advertised. Some of these 80 were already dead at the time of the delivery. Another contact and all I got was a suggestion to try their service again because there was some mistake. Really? A normal business ethics would at least make you fix the order.
I guess you get what you pay for. Never asked for a refund but certainly not using any of your services again.

Extremely apologies for this situation. We normally update the database very frequently. But the problem with your order was due to the mismanagement of our social bookmarking department. We always over deliver according to our promise. We are also sorry for the late delivery. We wanted to add extra High Pr link in your report from our new database. And the new database is on update. The guy who dealt with your order, missed the request to fix your order twice. Please give us some extra time to give you new links from our new database.

Our Social Bookmarking is totally safe. Because we regularly update our database and remove all the deindex sites from our site list. Many of our clients are ranking with their French sites.

For a new site we always suggest our 25+Manual social Bookmarking submission PR10 to PR4 with drip feed.
