When Yelp manipulates results it's called good business. When a business manipulates Yelp it's called fraud.

The Internet would be better off without Yelp and the BBB. Both companies are as crooked as a dog's hind leg. Fuck them both.

I read this thread and I must say I am thoroughly satisfied with it. OP presented a clear, interesting case and members proceded to flame each other in the usual ways, arriving at interesting and valid conclusions in the end.
