I believe if the site has lot of good traffic then don't need to earning proof because of you can make money with this traffic so definitely main focus on traffic.

My Guess: If your site got good stat like High Pagerank with many backlinks and strong Domain authority, then you can sell it for good price, otherwise i don't think anyone will take a risk of buying adsense banned website.

Can you explain please if the site got banned from adsense which means can't generate money from it? how many warez site on the world? they don't make money from it?
You could try selling it on flippa, although without any revenue proof it still will look suspicious, despite what you're claiming is true. I guess you'll end up selling it for less than it's worth.
What if you try an adsense alternative before selling it, like Chitika?

Yes,i placed other ads now...i just need to know,better to sell or continue using adsense alternative..
How many unique visitor you are getting per day? the traffic is targeted or not? I suggest you wait some times for increase your traffic if the site reach 300-500 unique visitor per day then you can try or continue with this site to generate money.
Seems your traffic is targeted and also you are getting good unique visitor daily you can try to sell it on DP. why DP? Because of its free and has lot of buyer their and sell on flippa ( you have to pay for place your sell order) and yes don't need to mention the site got banned from adsense.

Thought so. I used to have lots of them with a similar traffic ratio, that's why I asked. Decided to get rid of them when I read a year ago that google was going to start banning adsense accounts from sites that had few content above the fold, so that might have been the reason why you were banned.
I did sold a couple of sites well, but the last batch I sold had an adsense revenue decrease the last couple of months, so they didn't sell at the price I could have sold them months before.
My advice is to try to have some earning history with the new ad platform and sell it on flippa. There's also an advertising platform that allows you to show ads inside your images, can't recall the name now, but it might be worth to try.

It will be very difficult to sell it in flippa if the sites revenue is nothing...
