can sell, but will be hard as there is no sale record from the site. Y not adding some affiliate program and make some sales before selling the site or keep it if the revenue is good

One more method :

If you are having good amount of traffic than you can place a banner on website stating : WEBSITE FOR SALE.

This may also gives you good buyer.

i have register on DP,but to list on marketplace,still need 3 likes...any other suggestions,where i can list website for sale for free?
