Facebook ads won't let me upload image?

Hey guys, I'm getting extremely frustrated with this.

I'm trying to modify my ad for my campaign, but no matter what image I upload, it says it's not the right size and the image is invisible.

This happens EVERY TIME, no matter what image I choose, I've tried several times with the recommended size (100x72) and I've had no luck.

Is this just a glitch with facebook at the time? Or am I doing something wrong?
I have 500 likes and over 24,000 reach right now so I have to get my ads to work ASAP but it's not working -_-

Is anyone else having this problem?

I've been having the same problem! When I used a third party software it seemed to work though!

I have not faced this issue and I create/modify ads every hour. Make sure you are not doing newsfeed ad.

No.. Never use chrome for this, facebook using ajax . Mozilla is the best for it..!

Also try disabling your extension and double check the image size..!

I have run into this before and clearing the browser cache or switching to another browser seems to work. You could also try a different file format for the image. If all that fails, save your image to a thumb drive and try a different machine.

yes it can be very frustrated at times. try the above method of using different browsers or like me, try changing the size of the pic until i am satisfied with it.

I'm using chrome and I've tried the ad image with various different sizes and image types. I'm going to try a different browser and try without adblock.
