Ideas for a Funny Photo Website

So, I own a domain and hosting, but I don't really know what or how to do something with it.

I did wordpress for a while and made a few cents uploading content by myself, but now I'm thinking I should do a user driven content site.

The site can only be a funny picture site because of the domain name.

So, any ideas?

I don't really know how to setup user driven content on the website (I only know html/css).

That's what I was thinking, but do you know what free plugins/themes are good for people uploading pictures?

I know it sounds cheap, but I'm not willing to pay $50 for the premium themes.

I'm not experienced with this, but I think that setting up one of these types of funny picture sites where users submit images/videos isn't as easy as you might think. You have to check the content to make sure nothing offensive gets posted for example. Hopefully a moderator or someone who runs this site can post in this thread to let you know (from a first-hand perspective) the ins and outs of running a user-generated content site (in this case, a forum). I don't want to discourage you from doing this, but I'm just letting you know my thinking. Good luck.

Oh believe me, I know it's not easy, but I'm determined to get it started. I think it may be something fun to try.

I really just need a wordpress theme/plugins so I can do the moderating you were talking about or on the other hand I need some .php files or something that will let people upload stuff and me moderate it. I don't know where to get stuff like that without paying for it though, like I said in my previous post.

Maybe someone has a 9GAG clone or similar product that I could upload and play with?

Also, other ideas are cool too. I want to learn as much as I can about this stuff so don't be afraid to post your opinion.

Google " Uber-pic" thats also a good theme, you can find many free plugins for wordpress which will help you get user engagement , you can see this " justlol [.] us " its all out of free plugins
