Need Mass Twitter Follow Tool?

I want to follow 1k daily users in major cities only like New York, LA, London, etc. Can anyone recommend a tool or site (free or paid) that can follow Twitter users in a specific location? A bonus would be to follow users who were active in the last 5 days. I use Tweet Adder 4 but it doesn't pull enough results at one go.

I do exactly that but it doesn't pull enough results and they're not that accurate. I would have to do 25 Location Searches of 5000 to come close to a 1,000 results for a specific city. Extremely time consuming!

Using Follow Liker atm with great success. Have yet to have any of my accounts banned, and the support has been ridiculously too good... Honestly, I have emailed them several times now with several different suggestions for the program just to see them added to the program a day or two later. They obviously are striving to be the next tweetadder (RIP) and at this rate, I'd give it only few months before they get there, or surpass it.

Does Follow Liker use the Twitter API? Most do like Tweet Adder, Manage Flitter, etc which is why I can't get good results on Location based searches.

I think there was a site that lists all follow backs, unfortunately, I can't find the site in my bookmarks. I suggest you try Google then use "Twitter follow" as the keyword.

Don't quote me on this, but I do not believe it does. This is partly why I bought it. I know for a fact that Twitter will not be able to manipulate Follow Liker like they did with Tweet Adder.
