Ordered the $10 one (order 2528)
first report sent had many problems, including many tier 2 links with my anchors which were sent to someone else's tier 1, many not found and in general very few unique root domains. (multiple links from the same domain)
Second report sent was better but I probably spent more time going over the reports than what it was all worth.
Guess there's a reason it costs $10. Not expecting to see any SERP changes from it.

I never received a report and damn sure never seen any increase in rankings. I ordered over 2 months ago. Tried to contact seller and never got a reply so I just stopped trying.
