I'm still not ranked for those first page keywords before 4th of September.

Before penguin and panda updated if we do more submissions site were improved but now different situation if we do more and more submissions site will going down.

I found social media best way to recover google penalty. Just do some high quality submissions and social media it will help to get good rank and recover penalty.

Well, I'm less thinking that my sites taken a penalty because the rankings are slowly coming back. But this is what I've been doing. Adding high quality posts, getting more likes and shares, etc.

At first I was worried now I'm laughing cus I'm not the only one. Google is ridiculous. I've been in the number one spot for 5 years and now I'm on the 6th page. At first I thought it was the recent SEO package I bought but now seeing everyone having the same problems makes it positive that it's Google. My theory is Google is heading towards more of a real-time search algorithm. So people in the number one spot won't be in the number one spot for long. I always knew this day would come don't rely on Google to bring you traffic.

Hey, maybe someone with strong knowledge about this could explain this better to me.

After 4th of September all my top keywords vanished from top 300 search results.

Some things confuse me / are unclear for me:
1. Impressions from WMT are still as high as before 4th of September although my trafic is down by 60-70 percentage
2. Some pages are not displayed on searches - like searching for my site name/url - will return Twitter account or different tag pages - not my home page as before AND the indexed page number from WMT is still slowly increasing.

Can someone explain this to me, please? Maybe also some advices how to return to initial state - if there's something I can do?

Check if your homepage is still indexed or not , what you are describing usually happens when the homepage has been removed from google index .

Google is always updating lately!
I've seen some improvements and some decreases , so nothing huge in here !

My page is still indexed, but doesn't show as before "awsum.me" was one of my top keywords - and categories were shown, now I can reach the index page through search only by put "http:// awsum.me" not by any keywords.

It is sure... Google is gonna update its algorithm..

I didn't take the time to read all 100+ threads, but there is never any need for posts about Google updating their algorithm. Ever. Just check www.MozCast.com. It posts a "weather forecast" that shows fluctuations in SERPs across a large swath of keywords, essentially showing algo updates on a daily basis. Super easy to understand.

Hummingbird happened over one month ago.

I already told about this update on 5th of this month.. But no one responded to my words and all suggested to check with the BULL SHIT "mozcast"!!!!

I don't know why people will not agree with SEO experiments..
