Hello,

If I want to accept these payment methods on my site, which payment gateway/gateways should I use on my site.

Paypal.
Credit Card.
Debit Card.
Echeck.
Check.
Wire transfer.

Thanks.

Paypal and/or 2checkout.

Paypal, while a massive pain in the ass, is still trusted by most and everyone has an account. 2co is good for charging credit cards as well as Paypal

Thanks

But do you know any good payment gateway that accept Check and Wire transfer aswell ?

Thanks

2checkout is what I suggest. You should only use Wire Transfer if you are going to charge your customers in $$$ (3 figures).

Thanks everyone.

I thought to go with paypal, then I realize that paypal doesn't accept cc for subscription type payment. So, I thought about authorize net but they don't accept international users.I alredy signup for 2co, but after initial payment, I saw that they want my site to complete and they want to see everything, but my site is still in development so I'm not sure if they will approve my account.

So, do you guys know any other good one, easy to signup, and popular and professional.I just want a good processor for accepting cc.Also, if possible, don't want to have my own ssl.

Thanks

It depends what you are comfortable with. PayPal is widely accepted as the most secure and watched after payment gateway, but that being said - they can have strict rules. Other online payment services accept more countries and currency. Look up a comparison chart and choose what meets your specifications the best.

Paypal (unfortunately) is the most recognized payment processor - a good alternative is 2CheckOut.

Paypal can't process cc without having an account for subscription type payment, do you know others like 2co, while I wait for 2co approval, I will look into other payment gateway that is good and don't actually want to see a functional site yet.

Thanks

We've been using Paypal for ages with subscription type payments and it is only very rarely that someone contacts and asks for an alternative. Our backup is Clickbank for a credit card payment, but 2co is a much much better option. Clickbank are shite

With these two, we've lost maybe 4 sales in 6 months with people wanting MoneyBookers. You've gotta weigh up whether it's even worth your time to save a couple of sales

What do you recommend for processing international transactions? Especially when the customers are from developing nations where paypal is not available?

paypal,2checkout Best
You can also go for worldpay and skrill as some people do prefer skrill as good payment option as well.

2Checkout can process PayPal payments, so it's an all-in-one solution if you only need PayPal and Credit/Debit cards to be accepted. We're using 2checkout, however, they have terrible chargeback fees + even a massive fee if you want to dispute a chargeback, so it might not be good if you run a business that attracts shady orders. Also, their support is quite slow (At least it has been for the rare ocassion I had to get in touch with them).

PayPal
2Checkout

They cover everything you need.

Check out stripe.com they dont do Paypal but I wouldnt use 2checkout. Guess what happens when you get a dispute with 2checkout, they act as the middle person between you and paypal! Its already difficult enough when a dispute is created but adding another layer between you and paypal is painful.

Build out your service with two payment gateways if you want to use paypal. Stripe for credit cards and everything else and paypal for those peoplet hat want to use paypal.

nothing is safe but other than that you can use webmoney, alertpay which save you from chargeback

Paypal is the best and scure payment. You can trust this payment method

Paypal and Square Up are the best payment gateways and can be integrated easily with any website.

Thanks all you guys for your input
Looks like paypal wins the day, even if we all hate them
