I've got permission to post here but I'd rather wait for my refund and see if it's full 1, if not, it will be quite a big issue

It is all very funny, lol. Like I stated, more than half of my clients are from other forums. I have nothing else to prove. I'm not worried. I have tons of other clients to get to, so I'll no longer be checking this thread. The PayPal dispute did go through and I don't need to show screenshots of my actual PayPal account to prove anything. I'll do so to those who are interested in my services via email. I got posting to get back to. And CollytheOne, yes your refund was in full because no postings were done. So that is understandable. For swiper, the dispute amount should've been at least what I've done. But claiming we only did 35 posts is way off target. I have no more to say though. Me and him did come to a mutual agreement via Yahoo messenger but after he even stated I was good guy etc, he comes back on here to posts more shit. The whole thing doesn't bother me, I just wish the dispute was at least in the amount of what we did. We put a lot of work into his campaign to be just ended up in the shit list because our stats were off.

I'm also waiting on refund from postersolutions. I also paid shawn $150 through paypal, and after two weeks of hearing excuses from him about why he never started my ad posting campaigns I simply requested a refund. He said that his paypal account is locked and that he can't do refund. He instruted me to open paypal dispute. (sounds like he uses this same scam on everyone in here). Dispute is still ongoing and I'm waiting to get my money. Here is a screen capture of our chat log.

If anyone needs further proof feel free to send me private message and I can show screen captures of my paypal account to prove all my claims. Unless you are looking to get ripped off don't work with postersolutions he's simply a scam artist. If this was done to me locally I would of found out where that fucker lives and gotten my money back. Unfortunately everyone on the internet hides safely and securely behind their fancy screen and their keyboard. If anyone else has been ripped off by postersolutions and wants to work together to get our money back please send me private message.

Look in the "craigslsit" section of blackhatworld. Find what programs people are using for posting on craigslist.

Those CL posting software programs will have their OWN FORUMS> Go there and LET PEOPLE KNOW. Link your thread to this thread and the BHW shitlist forum.

Obviously he will be using different screen names and what not BUT if you have been ripped off, it is your OBLIGATION to voice it here AND these other forums!

This should be used wisefly, but if you used a credit card on paypal, you still have a chance if its within 30 days, sometimes up to 60 max. Your bank will always have final power/say over paypal. This is a fact. If ever in doubt, dont waste time with paypal disputes. Do a credit card chargeback, or even a bank chargeback if you have to (but will require going to the bank and filing forms).

Your paypal account as a buyer will never be in jeopardy. Seller has full liability, and dont listen to anything different. I have been on both sides of the fence.

Unfortunately I paid postersolutions using my paypal account balance. But for future payments to protect myself and be able to perform charge backs, I will be funding payments through my credit card. Thanks for advice.

No, Im absolutely positive. They have nothing to take from your account because they transferred payment to the seller. So they can only ask the seller back for that balance. If his balance no longer exists, he will have a negative balance until he repays it, and then his account will be restored.

100% know what im talking about. In fact if it makes you feel more confident, it happened with the same company you are disputing with right now. Nothing more needed to say about that.
