Had a great service from these guys for well over a year, then a couple of days ago all the proxies failed. Won't even allow connection to the internet (nothing - browser will not connect to any site), so this isn't a search engine ban, this is a proxy failure. I asked them to fix it or offer a refund - they decided to offer a refund. Which after over a year with them I thought was a bit strange.
Why not fix it?
Still they don't want my business I'll go elsewhere.

When they worked the proxies are pretty quick and at a decent price. I kept the same 40 for the year from these guys as I looked after them and didn't want to swap with some chump who had hammered theirs. When they were up they were good. Just hope nothing goes wrong and rather than offer to fix it they basically tell you to get lost. Good/Great product, shame about the attitude.
Overall though I'd recommend these.
Maybe English is not their native language, Who knows?

Hi,
The only problem was regarding fixing the issue within 4 hours or a prorated refund. The tickets are handled according to the queue. You gave us 2 options to either fix or a refund and we chose over a refund. I have issued a full refund for the order. There were some issue with the proxies. They were down for 14 hours as the DC was under a facility maintenance in Phoenix. When it was up the script fetched the OLD IP address for accessing the proxies. As your IP was changed recently, we added it again and replaced the old one. The proxies had no issues. I am still not sure why the proxies were not working. If you would have given us more time we would have definitely fixed it. You can always feel free to place a new order and provide me with your Skype so that the issues can be resolved right away. I am still looking forward to do business with you. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience that was caused.

I am looking for private proxies for Google Adwords, but my main concern is that are these proxies static or dynamic? Since each account I will need a static I.P and proxy in order to not trigger Google.

Anyone have any ideas how I should go about this.
