Bro regarding this statement I would like to interfare that there is option of appealing ., In the email option we gets message that we have been removed from the page if we are actual creator of page or manger ., Even you would have got the same message.
Kindly check and are you getting an option retireiving or not

I was thinking of that too mate, thank you soo much on suggesting it. What do you guys think of hiring a lawyer, I've heard many times that if you put some fire on FB's ass, they act faster and better. Would it cost me much? The only thing that stops me from going LEGAL curently, is that buying facebook fanpages is ilegal itself, but everyone does it, and I'm 100% positive, facebook knows, but they WANT us to trade pages, keep them active, that's what keeps facebook alive, doesn't it? If they wanted to stop us, they would've done it long ago.

There may be 2 things may have happened :
1) Someone would have got the access of your account and would have removed you from the admin . IF this is the case then kindly check your email associated with the account , You would have got the email of removing of admin. From there you can see and try to get back the page if there is option of securing of account.
2) Eg : If I'm the manger on the page and try to sell it to you after you gave the payment I gave you the page .
But while transfering the page to you. I opened my Facebook ID from some other IP adress which is not recognised by FB before and I made you the manager and removed my self. There option come on my mail to secure my account. IF clicks on it then IT will make me change my password + also tell me that is there new changes happened in my account . IF I don't recognise it they changes it to as before it was. means I will get that page back .
Now on your situation I Don't think you can do anything from thinking But better luck with police
is this for real? the eg 2. stuff, that's pretty dangerous if can be done

A lot of things are going on facebook lately, do you think the guy who found the bug and posted on Zuckerberg's wall without being his friend is a pure coincidence? I'm waiting for the day facebook goes down, and I finally see twitter/googlePlus in it's place!

Eg 2 can be done...Facebook trying to make Profile safe but in another situation the new problems are also rising !!is this for real? the eg 2. stuff, that's pretty dangerous if can be done

yes true, in recents 2 weeks FB had lots of vulnerablity and bugs which has costs FB + User alot.
In your situation , same case happened

I remember hearing that if the guy who stole it from you gets suspended, you can claim the page as a previous owner. Research it more first though.

I don't think it would be a good idea just to sit and wait for him to get suppsended my friend, but however, it's good to know that option exists too.. I also don't know who the curent owner is which is worse /:
The only logical thing that will work for me, is hiring a lawyer I think.. when facebook has to deal with the law, they are pretty NICE and supportive

You want to throw more money away?
It doesn't even matter if there WAS a FB bug that allowed somebody to steal the page.(which I doubt)
You PAID for the page. You don't have a case as this is against FB's ToS.
The Lawyer will cost you more than you paid for the page.

What might happen now is the person who controls the page might contact you and say that the reason they removed you was that they realised the page was worth more and if you pay an extra $400 they will release/transfer it to you.
Don't fall for it.

Talk to a lawyer and they knows how to manipulate the lawas better than us and i don't think there is a problem in consulting lawyer and if he thing that you should opt for it or if he have any experince with fb it could help you,but you just need to contact facebook i heard you can contact fb guys directly via fb advertising so why don't you use that to get it touch with someone using fb advertising.

So those guys found a bug and they happened to steal only one page. There is over half a million members on this site and none of them reported an incident like this but you. Yeah, sounds like smart hijackers.... Why don't you tell us what you are hiding?

sounds as if someone has sqli your page bro.first thing any exploiter will do when they do this is go for the admin page.easy to do for a pro.if not a pro check the page to make sure its not been defaced anywhere as thats what amateurs do
