How does the javascript injection besically happens? Im interested on knowing scammers method. Does it really matter if one uses mac or pc by the way ?

In most cases you have to agree to install it, it won't just inject on it's own. It will show up with a security warning prompt to install something/untrusted certificate prompt (probably something about ActiveX), you click yes and there you go, you're infected with a rat or some other sort of malicious software. Point is, be para on the web at all times.

Oh yeah to the op, it seems you haven't really learnt your lesson man, I really wouldn't trust this new deal to recover your page back. Use your head, no one else cares for helping you - the law, facebook themselves, yet this one guy can offer the world for $250?? He obviously has his own motives for this which is take advantage of a desperate guy. Don't play to it bud, he's just another phisher. Anyone who claims what he has, you have to think the only real method he has for getting it back is going to be phishing/hacking, unless he's some sort of pi which I doubt.
You should really think it through or get into something else. You can't be this gullible and not have constant comebacks, you'll bankrupt yourself at this rate. Good luck anyway, but DTA - don't trust anyone (old skool wrestling quote there, never did me wrong :) )

So if a guy from outside your state steals you, you can't "call the police" (that's not the way I said it anyways) ?

I didn't bother to read everything in ToS an Privacy Policy on facebook, but I'm pretty sure you're not the actual owner of a page. You just "manage" it as you see fit. Now, someone else manages the page, but the owner is the same. I doubt you'll have any luck.

It's like bribing someone to give you a good job, even if you get scammed it's pretty much useless to involve the police. Your biggest chance is PayPal, you'll only get into more trouble if you're trying to involve the police. Remember, you PAID (which is against FB rules) for the page.

Edit: This post is old as hell, my bad! Someone bumped it and I thought it's recent.

when i reported to official fb no one has ever answered, so any luck with me
