I have 200 spammy social bookmarks backlinking to my money site (a dumb mistake, I know).
How much will Google punish me for this you think?

Bro, I may be a bookmarks provider myself, but let me just tell you first hand, I have done well over 5,000 submissions of bookmarks. That's 5,000 different sites I have promoted for others using so called "spam" bookmarks, and I have had maybe 4 people report lost rank.... and as it turns out they were also heavily abusing their sites with all sorts of profile and comment blasts at the same time.

Bookmarks are social votes, and the entire concept behind a bookmarking site is that anybody can come in and leave a links to any url that they find "cool" or "interesting". There is nothing unnatural about that. Lower quality bookmark sites, just have much much lower values as links.

Punishment? The only likely effect you will see is a small bump up in the SERPS.

Regards.

He will rip you head off and glue a panda's head insted. So you will remember every time you look to the mirror.

I tried posting but it says that I am throwing "spam" errors. WTF.

What I wrote:

It depends on other factors, you might not have a problem. Ask yourself this, how can wordpress org not be penalized for having millions of footer links using the same anchor?

That is the mystery.
