You obviously aren't reading it correctly. Look above that image, there's World Wide views and then World Wide Retention. World Wide views are $15 for 25,000 World Wide retention is $14 for 10,000. Not a scam, you're just not reading it correctly.

Since the update on youtube a while ago many comment providers seem to be struggling since the filter will only allow through unique comments rather than the generic generated ones that many views/likes/comment provide . can you guarantee that if I make an order for comments they will be delivered?

I notice World Wide Views (Non Retention) is upto 200k per day. But when i reach rushview order page, the drop down has 500k or upto 1million. So my questions is whether are you accepting 500K order ?
