Having faith is a stepping stone to success, and a necessary one. You may also know the Bible says "The diligent will prosper". Success is having a dream, keeping at it, giving all, and accomplishing or exceeding your goals. If every human did this, imagine the world we would live in.

The cornerstone for motivation seems to me it's to have a dream. If you don't all this motivational stuff looks like crap, telling you all you should do with your life is work and no fun, which is ironic, once for people without a dream to have fun is the reason to live.
