I have a bad comment in one of popular forum website, It is coming top in google with my domain name. I created some profiles domain name in url, and social profile links with my domain name, still it is strong, So please need some exports suggestions from my black hat world home.

Thank you for your ideas, first one i tried but, it won't happen so i am planing for 2 point, for that i am doing press release, article submission .. i just have a doubt is it good or not ...?

I'm sorry, that is horrible advice and will likely make the target page rank better, especially if this forum has a high PR and a lot of authority. @Chakri: start first with a press release and make sure to drop your domain name in there without linking to it at least once. The rest of the time you can link it. Also, do a WHOIS Stat Blast to fill the serps up with garbage for your domain name.

if we do post on same forum, then again same thing will happen ..now we can't even ask the forum to delete, we just want to down the link in SERP that only we can to as now.

The two points idea is best according to my point of view. It is surely indexed and searched when someone search about your forum. First to create low quality mass comment can hit existing comment down, on the other hand if you make good quality comment then it can be indexed and replaced existing comment.

Create some free pages (such as wordpress, webbly, tumblr) and optimize those pages for the search term the forum post is ranking for. This will push down the forum post in the serp. To be sure your new pages, controlled by you, sticks to the top, build some strong backlinks aswell. In addition to this optimize the site you own (your domain) by creating strong backlinks. Maybe even from the newly created free web 2.0 pages. This should make your site the strongest followed by other pages also controlled by you, making the forum post to get a serp drop.

Well, I don't know what this "shitlist"is about but if you can't defend yourself on that forum you're either not a good provider or you don't know how to defend yourself. What services do you offer, what did they accused you of?
