What I googled was your company and what I found out was nothing. Your ridiculous flexing is absurd at this point. I have not danced around a refund. "I am requesting 7 days for the refund". It's a holiday weekend so I won't get hat bank transfer until sometime next week. I've been wanting to work this out from the start and yet here I stand. Under the gun, trying to still resolve this amicably.

I agree to a 5 business day turn around time. Friday August 30th. I believe this is more than enough time for you to add funds from your bank account into paypal as it normally takes 3 business days. I think that is a realistic timeframe. I am not willing to extend it any further as it is my personal opinion we are just feeding a troll at this point. But lets meet in the middle here. Paypal is 3 business day turn around time. You request 7. I will request 5.

No. I did not say ON August 30th. I said BY August 30th. Which means that if you need a few business days to transfer money from one account to paypal that is fine. Which personally makes no sense to me at all as when I paid you I carried a 0 balance.

I will update this thread either when a refund has been issued by smileatmywins via paypal next week, or Saturday rolls around and it is not issued by smileatmywins.

Now how would that warrant a ban? Because I STATED FROM THE BEGINNING I WAS REFUNDING HIM? You mods have a serious powertrip issue. Not all of you, but you in particular are blatantly abusing it. You are literally ordering me to do things, calling me a scammer when I (once again for the 7th time I'm saying it) agreed to refund him, and then are telling me I'm not a man? This is ridiculous. Be sure to update the thread once you 've done the refund. As per your commitment, this has to be done by Friday August 30th. Man up and prove me wrong - with actions.

it has been well over 5 business days and as expected there has been no refund as agreed. If disputed I can provide proof if necessary.

On a related note a bank manager called me last monday and discussed the chargeback with me. I told him to leave it pending until Monday Sept 2nd to entertain this supposed refund.

Dunno if I'm allowed to post this here or not but SmileAtmyWins is blatantly asking for a ban and we are on a signature rental deal of 6 months which is only one month old so if he gets banned I will dispute the $180 I paid him so he better gets this situation resolved.

As of this post there has been no deposit or refund initiated by SmileAtMyWins or anyone acting on his behalf. I am now working with a bank manager to get a chargeback.
