Hey I had a good idea. Got a shop where I offer facebook fans, twitter followers, youtube views (and packages) for low prices...I created a Twitter page and post my offers there with link to the product...I generate FAKE RETWEETS to these posts and 284 people retweeted it in 3 hours and like u can imagine (even if many of them are bots) they got follower, sometimes more than 1000....I looked in my shop dashboard to check out the views (and especially to the product-link I let retweet) and woaaaah....271 people clicked on it in 3hours...they SAW the offer and clicked on it because they wanted....is that crazy? I mean, I could get 1000 different people on my shopsite, every day! people who wanted to click on it !

I still didnt have a customer but 2 mesages (about my service etc.)


MAN...

Is that illegal? Or totaly cool?

when buying likes itself is illegal how can selling likes be legal ? logic

If you tweet about selling followers on Twitter they ban you. Not right away but your account gets flagged for review. Facebook too.

Are you selling the fans and followers as REAL? If you are selling them as that and they are fake, this IS illegal as it's false advertising depending on what country you live in. You will most likely not get prosecuted unless you are doing it on an enormous scale and many people are complaining legally, which doesn't happen.

I post on twitter something like ''???? Fans for Only ??...Only NOW...'' and product link....then I let retweet it and get real viewers on my shop...They'd just ban me? And If I make facebook promotion on twitter?

Last I checked, there's no laws in my country saying I'm not allowed to sell twitter fans and followers.. not sure where you're from.

Can you even imagine getting arrested for selling twitter followers? That would be hilarious, but sad at the same time lol.
