Yes I do sell quality ebay accounts and verfied paypal accounts, It doesnt mean I am here to sell. Im here to donate my knowledge for anyone that needs help with ebay and paypal while building up some reputation since I am quite new. I dont see or think I am doing anything wrong when doing this.

For fresh new accounts, listing will take about 16-24 hours to appear. I believe ebay does this to keep there buyers safe, since you just created this account and listed an item for sale you may get a MC999 restriction. This will mean ebay will remove your listing, not because you did anything bad but they do this to review your account and ask you some questions so see what you plan on selling on ebay. If you do get this restriction that is random, just let me know and I will tell you the exact questions they will ask to help you out. Although its not 100% you will get this restriction, it is random to some new sellers.

What should I do now?

Call them up. They'll ask you a few simple questions. What are your selling plans? do you have partners? where did you get the items you're selling?

It's pretty easy and shouldn't stress you out. As long as you aren't selling VERO it should be reinstated instantly.

i wanted to start reselling business on ebay and searched lots and lots of wholesale sites to find some cheap products to sell on ebay, but failed because everything was already there on ebay, can u give me some advice or some sources where i can find some products which i can sell on ebay?

You gotta do your research, you gotta see the prices and see if the item is profitable by subtracting your expenses. You need to remember every time you sell an item on ebay you will be paying 12.9% +.30 in fees ebay and paypal fees along with shipping and the product expense. It's not easy but it's possible to make some good cash if you work hard. Best places to search for wholesale products I would say are dhgate, aliexpress, and alibaba. Does juice flow from the eBay site to a business's "home" website? What's a ballpark figure of the percentage of customers that get funneled from eBay to their own website?

I've seen many people market there website on there eBay Listings, and on there page! However please be careful doing this because eBay will also ban you for listing a website on your page, and a actual person looks at your page. If done right it can be done yes. I would honestly wait until you have a feedback on about 25+

My paypal account just got limited. They have not specified any reason behind limitation. I have 169$ in that account. If i will ask my clients to fill a chargeback, Can they get their money back..And is it safe?? when they will receive their money they can send it to me on my other account.

Please do not listen to eBayUltimate .... this is very bad information, and you should not be giving it out if you honestly don't know what your talking about.

Listen jp_smith the first question you need to ask yourself is how did the account get limited in the first place. Were you selling alot to start out in your eBay Business? Were you selling a high risk item? Did some account get linked? After you get an idea of what it could be you need to focus on stopping this from happing again, because this can be one of the biggest problems with dealing with eBay!

Now as far as your money being stuck in PayPal, you need to be careful. Because if you tell your customers to do a charge back they might not pay you again to your new PayPal account, and that wouldn't be good! Also it does seem "weird" to the customer that you want them to do this. Put yourself in the customers shoes. Also if your sending it to a new PayPal account you will be linking all those accounts together, and you really dont want your personal account to go down!

If all PayPal wants is an I.D or something like that you can get it here with some sellers, and/or you can just wait the 180 Days and withdrawal your money!

Make sure when your looking at the sites that Mr. Ultimate Ebay gave you, that you use your head when buying products over seas.. Is the item Name Brand ( 95% there knock offs) , and is the item Vero. Because it would really suck to buy $50+ worth of items to find out that you can't sell them.

Also how does your state handle packages from overseas! Are they really easy on it, or do you have to break up the packages in smaller packages. There is alot that goes into this, so please just be careful, and everything will work out for you!

Did your account get limited? Yes your name needs to appear on the Bill, and the id needs to be you. Please make sure it shows that your at least 18. If this is a personal account I would be very careful when doing this! However if your doing a Stealth Account, there is a seller named secondeye if I am correct that can help you out with your problem!

Please everyone listen to this Advice that he/she is saying because this is very good advice! Don't go selling something that is vero/high risk cause you think you can make a quick buck. That account you spent hours on making will just become banned.

True eBay Stealth accounts that are handled well will last YEARS!!!! They need to be treated like your babies if you want them to Last a Long time. Its much better to take this route!

I see, and I don't blame you for wanting to provide real information! They might take that if you let them know the situation, but it most cases I haven't seen it work unless everything is in your name. Do you have a credit card bill information you can give them or anything else that shows your address.

Remember thought that if you do plan on selling is to not use your own account, and just deal with Stealth ( with certain items its ok/better to do with your personal account)

If you are seriously arguing that a chargeback wont work, you obviously have no idea how paypal works then. It will work without a problem, as for the customer wanting to pay again to a different paypal, who knows what he or she will do.
