already used this vps for 2 months(2gb for $16).Here my review.For setup process,freakmedia have to improve a little bit.Something about response time.And along this 2 months there is no problem until last week.But the problem happen because of me as a newbie.(i don't know how to setup my software).I try to contact a support service by submitting ticket.And less than two hours,the customer service already response.For me,it quite faster.And within 24hours,my problem already solved.Thank you..

Been with these guys for 2 months and they and their machines have been excellent. I recently asked to switch to another operating system and it was set up within 3 hours with no fuss. Prices are great value, speed is blazing fast and servers are very stable.
