Its been more than 36 hours since we ordered a Linux VPS. It has not been activated and no one has responded to tickets.

We expect better from someone who is covered in BHW like this.
 
I'm newbie at vps, so i have question..
i have own warez site,so i want to have hight speed internet to upload and download files on megaupload/rapidshare da etc.
so i have question is vps good for uploading and download files ? is speed of global and local internet same ?

maluh all ticket are answered in normal period, if i don't mistake you contact us and in skype and we find that you are not receive and your activation email, the normal period for setup the vps is from 2 to 48 hours.

There is always an internet connection problem with your server. Even the speed is very slow.

Please let me know soon.

adidam - Hello you can contact with us via email , ticket system or skype , we don't have any network problems with our network if you have any problem just find me in skype or open a ticket

Hi, I'm looking for a VPS host to manage YouTube channels. The problem I've had with other VPS services is that once I've done a certain amount of YouTube accounts, the IP (I'm guessing) gets flagged and I cannot upload any more accounts from that VPS.

I was wondering would you be able to provide me with new IPs whenever I ran in to this issue? Thanks.

Have you tried a speed test? I thought it was slow also, but Germany->USA was hitting 25Mbs dl & faster upload. In Europe transfer rates were around 250mbs but I cant remember the actual rates.

Doing updates to the Win7 was horribly slow ... almost 24 hrs to dl 76 updates and do the installs and restarts. I have no clue why it took that long. Doing the same on my desktop only took 3 hours all done in including SP1, when I rebuilt from scratch

That being said, I had requested a USA based VPS bcz all my plans are dealing with USA based business. Here in the thread I requested that option.

adidam open a ticket and we will refund you money if is not a 7 day after the setup date.

We Go we see the post here for the USA based ip no, we answer you and in our ticket system , it is not a problem to transfer you on USA based vps

vr2005 you must use proxies for this
