Help! suggest me some ideas to make a new website

Actually i want to make a website to earn some money. I don't want to depend on advertisement to make some cents per day. I want a website where i can earn from users and users can also make money. For example fiverr where they earn $1 from their users. But i don't want to make website like fiverr. It was just a example. I want a unique concept. Any help would be appreciated. I think we'd need you to be more specific. Basically you want a member site, but what about? You could create a member site for anything really....

What else can YOU think of besides "kind like fiverr but not fiverr"?

How about you find a website you like, where people are already utilizing services, discover the reasons why they like it/dislike it...then fix what they don't like with your website. For example, Flippa is the goto marketplace to sell domains and websites. However, many complain but the success fee. A different concept would be to have a listing only selling platform and the sellers can pocket all their winning loot. No sharing.

you could create s.th useful: free plan with limited possibilities and pro plan with unlimited possibilities. if i could, i would clone soundcloud.com - improvements: 2 hours a year! in free plan, charts on mainpage, better embedded players on fb and twitter etc.. what sucks is that the 2 hours are fix, they do not add each new year! money could be earned with ads on free plan and memberships. - if i were google, i would buy soundcloud, make it free and run it - would free youtube from a lot of crappy still-image-vids

Its really hard to think something unique but if you spend some quality time on the internet, i guess you can get an idea.

I think it is a different idea. You can create an informative website where online readers and visitors will visit to get their necessary information. You can urge subscription fee from the users of your site at their first visiting to your website. I think this idea may be effective for you.
