I'm looking to buy a software that is good for Tier 1 and has a high success rate. The price doesn't matter.

The best software you should use for tier 1 is manual writing. Just my opinion. But the good thing is that you can outsource it :)

You could take a look at GSA or SeNuke.
GSA seems to work, just be very slow on link building. NP.

I would recommend GSA.The majority of people uses this as tier 2 link builder but if you optimize your campaign you can use it for tier 1 too.
Just get a captcha solving software and order a VPS and you are good to go ;)

VPS? What about proxies?

You don't need proxies if you don't do massive link building.

I think the best Tier 1 link is manually done by hand

Senuke or Magic submitter IMO havent tried GSA.

Also VPN instead of proxies.

ZenoPoster/Ubot or any other macrorecorder that can automate tier 1 that most link building softwares can't.

GSA can easily do Tier 1 - if you know how to control it. Provide quality, if not 100% unique, content for submissions to the high PR web2.0s and you will definitely see a benefit.

I'd use GSA and set it to create high PR low OBL links in a controlled amount per day. But besides that, manual is the best. You can't control everything automatically.

really seems like csa is dominationg the market right now ...

I've been using FCS Networker and it's pretty simple to use.

It will create the accounts and you can use it to submit content from the control panel. You can make the Tier 1 properties as bespoke as you want.

best tier1? i think you should check blog networks...

just buy blogs and add it to the network...

This, exactly. I wouldn't rely on any software for tier 1 links.

I would NOT recommend MagicSubmitter because their customer service is non-existant. There is just one guy who maintains it and you are lucky even if he replies to you within a month!!
