My experience

I've used most of the programs for Twitter ...

I contacted skype support about an issue with the image uploading and was told their was a change in twitter and they would fix it in a few hours and release a update. Been almost 24 hours and still no change???

The issue is complex than they thought, have patience, we are fixing it.

Yes you can scrape followers of profiles as you are looking for.

Right now we only have yearly and lifetime licensing.
 
Can we retweet any tweet or only latest tweets?
Can we favorite tweets with this?
What do I need to run this? I'm assuming Windows, I checked the site and didn't see anything.

After a few tests, seems the program, not verify all the accounts, and on the most email accounts used (hotmail) valute them as non existing
