I don't do eye exercises and I tend to think they're a joke.
They can re-moisturize your eyes but so can a shower.
The best way to take care of your eyes is to take care of YOURSELF.
This is why I run everyday and workout.
The second best thing you can do for your eyes is avoid the following:
1) Sugar, soda, sweets, simple carbs.
2) Caffiene, tea, coffee, red bull.
3) Nicotine, pot, almost any type of prescription medicine.
4) Salt
5) Alcohol
I'm not saying you have to live like a nun but it definitely helps to avoid
these things. What you should also do is follow the advice of Tony
Schwartz (sp) who is famous in the time management niche. He did
a seminar with Eban Pagan a while ago and they talked about this for
a little bit.
What he teaches is working in 90 min intervals and taking breaks.
So if you're on the computer for 90 mins, go eat for 30 mins.
Or go run for 30 mins. Or do situps for 30 mins. Or go jerk off.
Do anything they gets you away from the computer.
Then work for 90 more mins and take a 60 min break.
Then 90 more mins and take a 30 min break.
You have to make sure your brain is recovering and its never good
for your eyes or your brain to work for longer than 90 mins straight.
This is also why most college classes are under 90 mins (most, not all).
People are a lot more productive when they work this way.
The worst thing you can do is sit in front of a computer for 6 hours straight.
That shit will take a toll on you fast.
So break up the monotony and take care of yourself.
Thats really the best advice I can give.
