IMPORTANT NOTICE
In order to sort out the TAT issue, we are launching a new option. If your order is less than 5K words, then you can expect its delivery within 48 hrs. However, if your order is more than 10K words then its TAT would be 3-4 days .
What benefits do you get?
You get orders within a specified time period. In order to avoid delays, hereafter, we will not be accepting bulk orders like 100-200 articles at once because it often occupies us for many days at a stretch. Additionally, for all the new offers offering half refund plus 5 x 500 words compensation if the delivery time is more than 24 hrs from the committed. If we miss the deadline by 48 hrs, then you can demand full refund plus compensation articles.

Still missing articles from my order from two months ago. Sent you an email regarding the missing articles at the end of July and I still have not received them.

Brian, I have now emailed you to request a full refund as it's been almost 2 weeks since I ordered and you've promised delivery several times, but still nothing has come through. Forget your 48 hr TAT - you're miles off the mark. I appreciate that you may have issues with your writers, however that is not my problem. I need articles written on time every time. I now need the refund to please an order with someone that can deliver on time.

Agreed compensation on my loss: July 19 (promised TAT 4-5 days)
Promised to deliver the compensation articles within 48 hrs: July 31
Asked to HALF refund or immediate delivery: Aug 3
Asked me if i want to accept another 5 compensation articles: Aug 5
Until now not even single compensation articles sent to me
Please note that i did ask for full refund on 13 July because i had given the tasks to other writers, but he refused to give full refund simply because his writers already done most of the jobs. He just delivered some articles and we agreed that some compensation articles to me with TAT 4-5 days at 19 JULY !!! TODAY IS 8 AUG I AM STILL WAITING!

Note - given some of the other members reporting issues in this thread, you're 24 hours away from a shitlist thread being opened.
Edit - Brian has since emailed me to met me know his PP balance is currently in the negative and hence he cannot refund right now - might take a few days or even a week I guess.

There's couple of others who have one or two articles missing, which I will send rightaway. Others who have not received their articles or their order has been delayed will be offered 10 x 500 words free compensation articles each. All the compensation articles will be delivered within a week's time. We are willing to resolve everything earnestly and diligently. Please share your issue via mail on [email protected] and we will try our best to resolve the issue amicably. Thanks to everyone for sharing their views about our service.
