I have placed 3 orders over the last few months and have either never seen my links placed, or if placed they were removed shortly thereafter.
I am too busy to mess with this anymore. Please issue refund. Paypal transaction id's are below.

I am joining the dozens if not hundreds of customers who haven't gotten a report for over 6 weeks now and would appreciate either of the following:
- a guarantee that my link will be placed within a few days
OR, if you cannot guarantee that
- a full refund.
Just do something, anything, communicate and don't let your customers get even more angry than they already are, this is just bad business.

I have mentioned this before afaik but I will do one more time - if you have ordered 4 weeks+ ago and didnt got your link/link got removed and you have more websites - just send us different domain and you will be all good (your links will be done basically right away).
We have issues with older links - not new ones. This is because all older ones get constantly flagged. So if you have different link - send it to us and we will post it using our new method within day or two (if workload allows).

I also cannot handle the non-communication and waiting anymore. Every time when you do send a message, you say that I have to give information, which I always do, and then you never ever respond anymore.

I don't often post in other people's BST threads that I'm not involved in but decided to make an exception here as I've been following this thread for a while (and at one stage considered buying as a service like this sounds great - IF it can be performed).
Every second post here seems to be about people wanting a refund and/or complaining about the lack of communication, with the OP replying around once a week how everything is well, but the same kind of replies still continue despite the assurances.
It looks like it's about time for someone who has ordered to end this comedy show and have the OP either deliver or close the service for good. If it was a few unhappy clients then sure - it can be just a misunderstanding, but on the last page of this thread alone there are over 20 (!) different people wanting a refund, complaining that they can't get one or complaining about the lack of communication so obviously something is very wrong.
If the OP is not delivering / not refunding then open a shit list thread guys and get over with it.
I just hate to see more and more new people jumping on this, ordering without being bothered to go through all the replies and soon after joining the ranks of all of the people complaining.
Just my $0.02.
