I need to bring an article (i can't post the link )about a person in the second or third page on Google Italia for the keyword "Alexandro Maria Tirelli" because i don't want this article in the first page on Google

What can i do? Anybody can help me?

OP get some positive reviews of yourself or Alexandro and boost them to the first page rather than trying to send the current bad review down.

I happen to speak some Italian so I did a quick search for the keyword you mentioned on google.it; which article (just give the domain if you like) are you looking to "demote"?

From what I read, it looks like you're trying to clean the reputation of a lawyer with a criminal record... not sure if I can advise on that one, but reputation management is definitely what you're looking for.

Try and remember that this site gets indexed too so watch what you write.

How about leaving the bad review alone and start pumping up the already good reviews. I think it will work better this way, we all know that reputation management using negative review sometimes backfire.
