why not give the ebook away for free but have pple sign up with a(some) cpa offers first? you can make some $$ that way and paypal can't take it back....

I've had the same thing happen to me but it's a rare thing so I just refund them when they ask. Google checkout looks like a good alternative but its not available in my part of the world yet.

so you must living in a cave . no pun intended but as you might be able to see that while signing up, there's the location box which gives nearly all places.

I've been seriously thinking about using Google Checkout too- would love to hear stories about how people are using it, whether it's good, what buyer resistance is like (since so many folks are trained to use Paypal and just assume that Paypal is the way to go.)
